Melanoma-derived extracellular vesicles mediate lymphatic remodeling and impair tumor immunity in draining lymph nodes

We investigated transcriptional changes in lymph node resident lymphatic endothelial cells and medullary sinus macrophages upon interactions with melanoma cell-derived extracellular vesicles using single-cell RNA sequencing.本研究采用单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing）技术，探究了黑色素瘤细胞衍生的细胞外囊泡与淋巴结驻留淋巴内皮细胞、髓窦巨噬细胞相互作用后，两类细胞的转录组变化。
