This series comprises files called Contract Files. They were created to document the administration of the particular contract.The Council maintained the Contract files to comply with legislative requirements and to record the administration of the particular contract. Files include details of the following:* contract number* name of the contract and description of works undertaken* successful tender* details of payments* contract deposits made* contract variations* correspondence (inwards/outwards).
