Dataset for: Cerebrospinal Fluid Viral Escape and Minority Resistance in HIV-Infected Patients with Low-Level Viremia

This dataset supports the study investigating the prevalence of cerebrospinal fluid escape and occult resistance variants in people living with HIV presenting with low-level viremia. It contains raw clinical characteristics, drug resistance mutation profiles identified by both Sanger sequencing and Next-Generation Sequencing, and gene sequences of the HIV-1 pol and integrase regions.
