To investigate whether intron containing transripts from alternative splicing are abundant in monosome of osfkbp20-1b upon drought stress, we analyzed Ribo-seq to identify the quantitative profiling and alternative splicing. Overall design: Total RNA was precipitated from monosome and polysome of osfkbp20-1b or WT shoot and extracted in condition of 20% PEG-6000 for 6 h treatment using 1-week-old rices.
