This dataset contains CTD (Conductivity, Temperature, and Depth) profiles collected during the testing of microstructure equipment in Lower Cook Inlet by Oregon State University in 2007. Data were recorded using an SBE-19+ CTD, with additional sensors including an oxygen probe, fluorometer, backscattering meter, and a photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) sensor. The raw data, initially stored in Excel format, were combined with positional information and converted into CSV format for further analysis.
