This article examines the statehood policy of Amir Temur and analyzes its relevance in modern governance systems. Based on historical sources, the study highlights the principles of centralized governance, justice, administrative organization, and legal frameworks established during the Timurid era. The research also evaluates how these principles contribute to contemporary state-building, institutional development, and public administration practices. The findings demonstrate that Amir Temur’s governance model, grounded in justice, strong authority, and consultation, remains a valuable reference for modern political systems.
