Nuclear receptor coactivator SRC-1 promotes colorectal cancer immune escape by enhancing PD-L1 transcription and protein stability

mRNA expression of Ctrl and KOSRC-1 MC38 cells were detected, and differentially expressed mRNAs were analyzed to reveal potential mechanism of SRC-1 in up-regulating PD-L1 expression. To investigate the potential mechanism of SRC-1 in up-regulating PD-L1 expression, we established SRC-1-knockout MC38 cells.
