This dataset comprises high-resolution physiological measurements collected from the tropical tree species Calophyllum inophyllum using a LI-600 Porometer/Fluorometer. The measurements were conducted over two consecutive days (April 8–9, 2024) at the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute (STRI), Tupper Building, Ancón, Panamá.Hourly measurements were performed between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, collecting 50 data points per hour, for a total of ~800 data points per day. Each observation includes stomatal conductance, apparent transpiration, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters (Fo, Fm, ΦPSII), and environmental metadata such as temperature, light intensity, and GPS position.
