Metabolic modulation of TAM_raw data

This project investigates the role of tumor-associated macrophages (TAM) in gastric cancer and their modulation by bisphopshonate treatment. Gene expression was measured using NanoString nCounter PanCancer IO 360 Panel (selected subset of genes). Immunohistochemistry for panCK, cPARP, Ki67, CD68, CD163, and CX3CL1 were quantified using ImageJ. The dataset supports analyses of TAM dynamics and their impact on susceptibility to nivolumab.These raw data are currently under embargo and have not yet been publicly released, as the associated manuscript is still in preparation for publication.
