Analysis code and aggregate results for "Playing position, not anthropometry, is associated with musculoskeletal injury rate in elite male footballers: a cross-sectional, exposure-adjusted analysis with equivalence testing"
收藏资源简介:
Analysis pipeline (Python) and aggregate result tables (CSV) accompanying the study, which tests whether anthropometry (official height; weight/BMI as a labeled proxy) predicts the rate, body location, and severity of musculoskeletal injury in elite male footballers (2026 FIFA World Cup squads; n=838 with ≥900 career minutes), adjusting for exposure (negative binomial regression with a log-minutes offset) and playing position. Raw data are NOT redistributed: height (FIFA) and weight-proxy (EA Sports FC) are not redistributable under their terms; injury history is from the public `salimt/football-datasets` aggregation of Transfermarkt (no explicit license); career minutes are from `dcaribou/player-scores` (CC0). Data were obtained in June 2026 and reflect histories through late 2025 (the 2026 World Cup period is not included). This is a FAIR-by-reconstruction deposit — the scripts reproduce all results from the public sources. Includes a variable dictionary (A3_dicionario_variaveis.csv). See README for contents and reproduction instructions.
