EFFECTIVE WAYS TO IMPROVE CITIZENS' INSURANCE AWARENESS

This article explores effective strategies for enhancing citizens’ awareness and understanding of insurance. The study focuses on educational programs, media campaigns, digital platforms, and government initiatives designed to promote insurance literacy. Attention is given to the role of public engagement, trust-building, and the simplification of insurance products in fostering an informed population. The research identifies challenges such as low financial literacy, cultural barriers, and misinformation, and proposes practical recommendations to increase insurance knowledge, encourage policy uptake, and strengthen financial protection among citizens.
