MongoDB collection files for database used to serve the Rare Disease Portal. For more details, visit the Rare Disease Portal Website repo Setup Instructions The following instructions are performed using the MongoDB Compass, the official GUI utlity to manage MongoDB databases. Launch Mongo Compass Connect to your database host running MongoDB service. Create a new database with the name "RareDiseaseData". Create new collections with names idential to the filenames. Use the ADD DATA button to upload the corresponding JSON files. You can then setup the backend to point to your database host.
