Replication Code for: "Educational mobility across multiple generations in Indonesia"

This folder contains the code and documentation required to reproduce the results in “Educational mobility across multiple generations in Indonesia” by Sarah Cattan, Antonio Dalla-Zuanna, Po Yin Wong and Jan Stuhler, accepted for publication in the Journal of Development Economics. Detailed replication instructions are provided in the README files. The package includes separate do-files for data cleaning and one do-file for each table and figure presented in the main text of the paper. The raw data from the different waves of the Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS) are not redistributed as part of this replication package. Researchers may obtain access to these data from the relevant data provider, subject to its registration and access requirements. The auxiliary datasets used in the analysis are openly available and are included in the package.
