CFI-400945, a small molecule inhibitor targeting PLK4, is characterized as a novel therapeutic strategy for Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) in a manuscript in preparation entitled 'PLK4 inhibitor, CFI-400945, activates the cytosolic DNA sensing pathway to synergize with immune checkpoint inhibitors in liver cancer'. A human HCC cell line, MHCC97L, is used in this study to investigate the upregulation of senescence-associated secretory phenotype (SASP) after CFI-400945 treatment. This data depository includes the RNA sequencing data of CFI-400945 treated parental MHCC97L and its STING knockdown clones.
