Identification of Dampness Constitution Based on Bioimpedance Analysis: Independent Associations Between Extracellular Fluid and Trunk Reactance
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains one cleaned sheet (Cleaned_Analysis_Data) with 232 valid observations. It was derived from health screenings aiming to explore the relationships between TCM constitution types ("Damp-heat combined constitution" vs. "Neutral constitution") and body composition, muscular function, and metabolic parameters. Variables include: Group & Label: Constitution group (group) and binary target variable (y). Demographics: Gender and Age. Body Composition: Total Body Water (TBW), Intracellular Water (ICW), Extracellular Water (ECW), Skeletal Muscle Mass (SMM), Soft Lean Mass (SLM), Fat-Free Mass (FFM), Body Fat Mass (BFM), Percent Body Fat (PBF), Visceral Fat Area (VFA), Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), etc. Anthropometrics: BMI, Waist-to-Hip Ratio (WHR), Waist Circumference (Abdomen), Hip Circumference (AC), and bilateral Calf Circumferences. Bioelectrical Impedance: Phase Angle (Whole body and segments: RA, LA, TR, RL, LL) and Impedance/Reactance values. Muscle Function: Mean Grip Strength (Mean_Grip).
