Molecular mechanism and clinical application of long non coding RNA from exosomes in hepatocellular carcinoma

1. To screen the differential expression profile of lncrnas in plasma exosomes and liver cancer tissues of patients with liver cancer; 2. To explore the specific molecular mechanism of key lncrnas in the occurrence and development of liver cancer; 3. To evaluate the efficacy of lncrnas in plasma exosomes in the diagnosis and prognosis of liver cancer.
