GLS赣州油1号油茶优良新品种繁育及栽培技术示范

1.新品种繁育。赣州市林业科学研究所的几代科研人员经过28年努力，采用油茶品质的性状指标主成分分析进行二次选优，培育出亩产油量高达67.25公斤（国家油茶优良品种的标准为年产油量50公斤/亩）的高品质油茶新品种---“GLS赣州油1号”油茶。建成“GLS赣州油1号”优良无性系采穗圃100亩，提供“GLS赣州油1号”穗条200万枝。应用芽苗砧、芽苗根段嫁接技术以及幼苗繁育技术培育“GLS赣州油1号”苗木200万株。2.栽培技术示范。通过营养诊断与测土配方、科学施肥、免耕抚育、病虫害防治和制定早实丰产模式规程及认证标准，实现油茶林的集约管理。通过建立示范基地，组建推广协作组织、培养示范户及技术人员建设推广网络体系，建设“GLS赣州油1号”油茶林示范基地五处共500亩。

1. New Variety Breeding. After 28 years of efforts by several generations of researchers at the Ganzhou Forestry Research Institute, a high-quality new Camellia oleifera variety named "GLS Ganzhou You 1" has been developed through secondary elite selection using principal component analysis (PCA) on the quality trait indicators of Camellia oleifera. Its per-mu oil yield reaches up to 67.25 kg, while the national standard for superior Camellia oleifera varieties specifies an annual oil yield of 50 kg per mu. A 100-mu superior clonal scion orchard for "GLS Ganzhou You 1" has been established and has supplied 2 million scions of this variety. Using seedling hypocotyl grafting, seedling root segment grafting and seedling propagation technologies, 2 million seedlings of "GLS Ganzhou You 1" have been cultivated.
2. Cultivation Technology Demonstration. Intensive management of Camellia oleifera forests is achieved through nutrient diagnosis and soil testing and formulated fertilization, scientific fertilization, no-tillage tending, pest and disease control, as well as formulating standardized operating procedures and certification standards for early-fruiting and high-yield cultivation models. By establishing demonstration bases, forming promotion cooperation organizations, training demonstration households and technical personnel to build a promotion network system, five demonstration bases of "GLS Ganzhou You 1" Camellia oleifera forests with a total area of 500 mu have been constructed.
