Wild-type or TRAF2 mutated melanoma cells were treated with TNFalpha or co-cultured with activated T-cells for various short incubations (5min to 6 hours). Cells were harvested and analyzed using mass spectrometry for treatment induced changes at the proteome and phosphoproteome level.
