资源简介：
利用光合仪测定植物光合速率，利用叶绿素仪测定植物叶片叶绿素含量，利用皮尺测定植物株高、茎粗、叶面积；待至成熟期收获后，测定植物地上部生物量、地下部生物量、产量和百粒重；利用动态循环装置收集植物根系分泌物。
Plant photosynthetic rate was measured using a photosynthesis analyzer. Chlorophyll content in plant leaves was determined with a chlorophyll meter. Plant height, stem diameter and leaf area were measured with a measuring tape. After harvesting at the maturity stage, above-ground biomass, below-ground biomass, yield and 100-seed weight of the plants were measured. Plant root exudates were collected via a dynamic circulation device.
