Mycobacterium tuberculosis sensitive strain Genome sequence

This project focuses on sequencing the whole genome of Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolated from Assam, India. The goal is to study differences between strains, understand how the bacteria become resistant to drugs, and find important genes related to disease and treatment. The information from this study will help in developing better ways to detect, monitor, and treat tuberculosis.
