Raman Ovarian Cancer

The attached file consists of 3 folders, each one containing the Raman spectra (saved as .wdf and .txt files) for the 3 biofluids: plasma, serum and urine. Each of these folders contains 4 sub-folders including raw spectra for non- endometriosis benign patients (named as BENIGNS), endometriosis patients (named as ENDOMETRIOSIS), non-chemotherapy ovarian cancer patients (named as OC-NO CHEMO) and ovarian cancer patients who had received neo-adjuvant chemotherapy (named as OC-WITH CHEMO).所附文件包含3个主文件夹，分别对应血浆（plasma）、血清（serum）与尿液（urine）这三种生物流体（biofluids），各文件夹内的拉曼光谱（Raman spectra）数据以.wdf与.txt格式存储。每个主文件夹下设4个子文件夹，分别存储四类受试者的原始光谱数据：非子宫内膜异位症良性患者（命名为BENIGNS）、子宫内膜异位症（endometriosis）患者（命名为ENDOMETRIOSIS）、未接受化疗的卵巢癌（ovarian cancer）患者（命名为OC-NO CHEMO），以及接受过新辅助化疗（neo-adjuvant chemotherapy）的卵巢癌患者（命名为OC-WITH CHEMO）。
