In the United States online consumers gave insights on why they give company feedback in 2023. The majority of respondents, over 60 percent, stated they give feedback in order to receive rewards, such as discounts off any future purchases. Over 55 percent just want to share their thoughts with the company, and another 45 percent want to give feedback to advise other potential buyers.
