FGDInterviewGuide This document outlines the interview guide used to facilitate focus group discussions amongst mothers in both rural and urban settings in Zambia in February 2020. Questions asked regard demographics, experience with biometrics, experiences with existing Under-Five Card system, and impressions/experiences related to the novel biometric tool.    IntroLetterAndConsentForm Included in this document are the introduction letter respondents received inviting them to participating in the study. Additionally, the document includes the consent form participants signed demonstrating their consent to be interviewed and acknowledgment of the consent conversation conducted orally. Both demonstrate that participation was voluntary and non-coerced.    KII(Clinician:Nurse)Interview Guide  This document outlines the interview guide used to facilitate interviews with key informants including clinicians and nurses in both urban and rural settings of Zambia in February 2020. Phases included ethical approval, participant recruitment, interviews, transcription/translation, and data analysis. The study spanned December 2019 to July 2020.    Supplemental Data Collection Information This table includes information regarding the interviewers: occupation, gender, experience, and relation to the participants. Other information includes participant refusal/drop out, location and duration of the interviews, recordings, field notes, and transcript follow up.
