资源简介:
The aim of the study was to identify stable reference genes for gene expression analyses in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), both in resting and activated states, under normoxic and hypoxic conditions. The essence of the study lies in ensuring reliable normalization of qPCR data, which is essential for accurate interpretation of gene expression changes in response to environmental and immunological stimuli. The dataset primarily consists of raw qPCR data in the form of Ct (threshold cycle) values obtained for a panel of candidate reference genes. These values were generated from PBMC samples collected from donors and exposed to different experimental conditions (normoxia vs. hypoxia; non-activated vs. activated). The data serve as the basis for evaluating the expression stability of the candidate reference genes using appropriate statistical and bioinformatic tools.
