资源简介:
This dataset contains two MaxEnt batch processing scripts developed in Windows Batch language for species distribution modeling of 2,466 endemic plant species on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The scripts are built upon MaxEnt v.3.4.4 (Phillips et al., 2006) and enable automated model optimization and spatial distribution projection under future climate scenarios.MaxEnt Batch Optimization Script: Used during the model parameter optimization phase. The script iterates over 5 feature class combinations (L, LQ, LQH, LQHP, LQHPT) and 4 regularization multipliers (beta = 1, 2, 3, 4) with a fixed number of iterations (500), generating multiple candidate models for each species. These models are subsequently screened based on AUC, TSS, and OR₁₀ to identify the optimal parameter set.MaxEnt Batch Projection Script: Used during the future climate projection phase. The script reads pre-selected optimal parameters (beta, iterations, feature combination), fits the model using current climatic data, and projects species distributions onto 20 future climate scenarios, encompassing 5 CMIP6 global climate models (BCC-CSM2-MR, IPSL-CM6A-LR, MRI-ESM2-0, UKESM1-0-LL, MPI-ESM1-2-HR), 2 shared socioeconomic pathways (SSP1-2.6, SSP5-8.5), and 2 time periods (2021–2040, 2081–2100). An intelligent cleanup routine is integrated to retain only essential output files, including maxentResults.csv and *_avg.asc average probability surfaces. These scripts provide a reproducible and scalable computational workflow for conservation priority identification, protected area effectiveness evaluation, and climate change vulnerability assessment of endemic flora on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
