Adjusted odds ratios derived from logistic regression with matched group as a random intercept. Models adjusted for urban/rural, child’s age, wealth quintile, child’s weight for height (wasting), insecticide treated net ownership and use, mother’s education, child’s immunization status, child having a health or immunizations card, previous birth interval, mother’s age, household size, household water source, national gross domestic product and dataset. N = 5,319 matched groups; 299,033 children under the age of 5.
