According to a Rakuten Insight survey conducted in Vietnam in February 2023, 43 percent of respondents stated they chose not to shop on social media because they did not trust products promoted by influencers or celebrities. Meanwhile, 21 percent said they disliked the constant advertisements on these social platforms.
