The goal of this study was to identify age-associated differences in T cell responses. Naïve CD4 T cells isolated from healthy young and older individuals were activated with anti-CD3/CD28 beads for 5 days. Libraries were prepared using the Ovation Human FFPE RNA-Seq Library Systems (NuGEN) and sequenced on an Illumina NextSeq 500.
