Structured Synthesis of Lessons Learned and Recommendations Arising from the Development of Brazil's Sectoral and Thematic National Adaptation Plans

This dataset presents a structured synthesis of lessons learned and recommendations derived from the process of developing Brazil’s sectoral and thematic National Adaptation Plans (NAPs). It compiles qualitative insights from the coordination team covering governance, participation, technical support, intersectoral coordination, knowledge management, and methodological approaches. Each entry includes the identified lesson, a detailed description, and its thematic classification, type (sucess factor or opportunity for enhancement) providing a transparent record to support future adaptation planning efforts in Brazil and internationally.
