Image processing data for manuscript: Control of plant organ growth through cell division orientation in inner tissues

Processed imaging data used in the manuscript 'Control of plant organ growth through cell division orientation in inner tissues' (Yates at al. 2026). The compressed folders correspond to the images listed in Supplementary Table S6 and contain TIF image stacks corresponding to 3D confocal images of Arabidopsis inflorescence apices, which have been processed using a suite of Python scripts to segment cells, measure cell geometry, detect recent cell divisions and measure cell division angles, define the position of cells within the shoot apex (e.g. attributing cells to meristem layers, measure their distance from the main axis), attribute cells and cell walls the rib meristem region and manually correct cell segmentation and attribution to the rib meristem.
