资源简介:
The inadequate trophoblast invasion and abnormal remodeling of spiral artery is associated with the development of preeclampsia (PE). Considering that LMO2 (LIM-domain only 2) is a key regulator for vascularization and selectively expressed in some of the trophoblasts, we aimed to explore the functional role of LMO2 in trophoblast cells and to examine the underlying mechanism.
