Chimpanzee (Pan troglodytes; Clint; S006007), Orangutan (Pongo abelii; Susie; PR01109), and Macaque (Macaca mulatta; AG07107) genomes were sequenced with Pacific Biosciences (PacBio) high-fidelity (HiFi) technology to 24-40X sequencing depth and Oxford Nanopore Technologies to 40-56X sequencing depth. These data were used to assemble complex repeat regions, including segmental duplications and centromeric arrays, in each genome.
