Daphnia magna mutation accumulation experiment

We performed a mutation accumulation experiment (MA) using Daphnia magna to examine the rates for different categories of mutations that accumulate (e.g. single nucleotide subsitutions, insertions/deletions, microsatellites, transposable elements). MA lines were initiated from nine genotypes collected from ponds at three different locations (Finland, Germany ans Irsrael).
