Integrative transcriptomics and machine learning nominate IL15- and PPP2R1A-centered programs at the neuroimmune–autonomic interface in post-traumatic stress disorder

The bulk-transcriptomic and single-nucleus datasets analyzed in this study are publicly available in the Gene Expression Omnibus under accession numbers GSE81761, GSE63878, GSE64813, GSE97356 and GSE313257.
