Metagenome of Bos grunniens: young rumen fluid

To investigate microplastics' impacts on yaks, rumen fluid samples were collected from yaks in Linzhou County, Lhasa. Metagenomic sequencing will be applied to characterize shifts in the structure, composition, and functional potential of the rumen microbial community under microplastic exposure. This work aims to elucidate microplastics' effects on yak rumen microecology, providing foundational data for assessing yak health risks induced by microplastics and relevant ecological risk references.
