STTORM-CD-Floods

This change detection dataset was used in STTORM-CD research and consists of Sentinel-2 time-series data capturing flood events. It includes 12 training scenes and 4 test scenes. The dataset is provided in two formats: RGB (.png): True Color RGB composite of Sentinel-2 imagery. Label color assignments for the change masks are defined in label_colors.txt. NumPy (.npy): 14 channels - contains raw L1C digital number (DN) data (uint16), including all 13 original Sentinel-2 bands. The last channel is a binary cloud mask, generated using s2cloudless (https://github.com/sentinel-hub/sentinel2-cloud-detector). Change masks are in binary format (0 = no change, 1 = change).
