Data underlying the research on the leader-member exchange ,P-O fit and service delivery of Chinese hotel frontline employees

This study aims to investigate the impact of Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) on service delivery among frontline employees in the Chinese hotel industry. The research utilizes a quantitative approach, with data collected through a survey. The dataset comprises responses from 408 frontline employees, containing quantitative data that includes assessments of LMX, Person-Organization fi, and service delivery.
