Low-rank modal decomposition endpoints of beat-resolved retinal arterial Doppler holography waveforms during moderate ocular indentation
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains retinal laser Doppler holography recordings acquired during moderate ocular indentation, a controlled provocation that alters ocular perfusion conditions to probe retinal vascular reserve and blood-flow autoregulation. Each acquisition contains 163,840 interferograms recorded over approximately 4.4 s at approximately 37 kHz using a (512\times320)-pixel sensor area. Doppler processing yields approximately 145 velocity maps per second, enabling beat-resolved arterial velocity measurements across multiple retinal vessel locations. The dataset supports analysis of waveform amplitude, modal pulsatile dominance, residual waveform structure, and singular-spectrum organization as candidate markers of retinal vascular adaptation.
