Mouse ES cells are a powerful platform to analyze celullar differentiation in vitro. ES cells can be mutagenized by various methods such as a chemical mutagenesis using ENU. To investigate a mutational spectrum and mutagenesity of ENU, we previously analyzed ENU-mutagenized mouse ES cell genome by exome-sequencing. This sequencing project is to validate SNVs identified from these exome-seq analyses.
