This dataset contains RNA sequencing data of cancerous HCT-116 and non-cancerous intestinal IPEC-J2 cells treated with curcumin, three curcumin-based benzothiazepane analogues, and untreated controls. Single-end RNA-seq was performed to assess transcriptomic responses and selective cytotoxicity of these compounds.
