数据内容包括:流域面积、多年平均流量、河道总长、天然落差、利用落差、理论蕴藏量、技术可开发装机容量和年发电量。除藏南地区和无资料地区外,各流域数据为实地测量并经分析计算得到,藏南地区和无资料地区数据利用ASTER GDEM V2及中国数字水电平台解析河流基本信息并经分析计算而来。所有数据均由水电水利规划设计总院评审认定。西藏水能资源是西藏清洁能源和我国清洁能源最为重要的组成部分、是西藏实现以清洁能源体系支撑经济社会发展最可依赖的能源、也是未来我国清洁能源产业发展的重点。本次提交的水能资源统计数据将为西藏水能资源的合理开发利用和在国家能源发展战略中的定位研究提供基础。 数据分析和统计时间为2023年。

The dataset covers the following contents: drainage basin area, multi-year average discharge, total river length, natural head, utilized head, theoretical hydropower potential, technically exploitable installed capacity, and annual electricity generation. Except for southern Tibet and data-scarce areas, data for all basins were obtained through field surveys, analysis and calculation. For southern Tibet and data-scarce areas, the data were derived by analyzing basic river information using ASTER GDEM V2 and the China Digital Hydropower Platform, followed by analysis and calculation. All data were reviewed and verified by the General Institute of Hydropower and Water Resources Planning and Design. Hydropower resources in Tibet are the most important component of clean energy resources in both Tibet and China, the most reliable energy source for Tibet to underpin its economic and social development via a clean energy system, and a key priority for the future development of China's clean energy industry. The hydropower resource statistics submitted herein will provide a foundation for the rational development and utilization of hydropower resources in Tibet, as well as research on its positioning within China's national energy development strategy. The data analysis and statistics were conducted in 2023.
