The JEF-2.2 version of the general purpose library was released in January 1992.
This set of thermal neutron scattering law data was released as Tape 21 and contains 5 datasets.

D bound in D20
Be
C bound in graphite
H Bound in polyethylene (CH2)
Individual files for each dataset are also provided alongside the original tape file.
