It includes deduplicated vulnerability findings extracted from public audit reports published between May 2019 and April 2026, with normalized titles, summaries, descriptions, severity/status/category fields, affected files/functions, remediation text, source report metadata, and attribution links where available. The dataset also includes embedding-ready text representations and precomputed vector embeddings for each retained finding, making it suitable for semantic search, RAG, clustering, agent retrieval, similarity analysis, and security research. It is not intended to be a canonical CVE/NVD-style database; it is a practical normalized dataset derived from public audit/report data so builders and researchers can more easily analyze recurring vulnerability patterns in smart-contract systems.
