资源简介:
Data represent red-cockaded woodpecker (Dryobates borealis) brood survival in the Red Hills region of north Florida and south Georgia, USA spanning from 2018-2026. Data is arranged as a time-interval censored dataset for use in a cox proportional hazards model (code included). The project focuses on brood survival given weather conditions over the time between nest checks to determine which weather variables effect brood survival and how. This data may be used to facilitate data formatting and processing for similar projects or be used to further the conservation of this imperiled species.
