In vitro integration site sequencing for "Core nucleosomes are refractory to lentiviral DNA integration: the role of cellular LEDGF/p75 protein"

Long-read Oxford Nanopore Technologies native sequencing of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1) and prototype foamy virus (PFV) integration of purified in vitro assembelled intasomes integrating into in vitro assembelled poly-nucleosomal arrays containing 12 repeats of the Widom 601 nucleosome positioning sequence and a 50 bp linker. Nucleosomes were formed of unmodified histone octamers or octamers bearing histone H3 trimethylated on lysine-36 by native chemical ligation. Replicates and metadata for each sample are represented in full in the metadata.tsv file. Indicated experiments were doped with naked phiX174 double-stranded DNA.
