Anaerobic laboratory scale digestion of biowaste mixture of the following organic components: dairy sewage sludge, fruit waste, corn silage and grain decoction in proportions 25%, 25%, 12% and 38%, respectively. The composition of fermentation mass microbial community under different waste retention time conditions was analyzed by 16S rRNA gene next generation sequencing (NGS) using MiSeq 2000 Illumina platform. Eight fermentation mass samples (FM1-FM8) were analyzed. The retention time for the mixed waste was the following: 21, 23, 25, 29, 33, 39, 47 and 61 days (FM1, FM2, FM3, FM4, FM5, FM6, FM7, FM8, respectively).
