House price to income ratio in Austria 2012-2024, per quarter

The house price to income ratio in Austria in the first quarter of 2024 declined notably since its peak in 2022. Austria's index score in the first quarter of 2024 amounted to 119.8, which means that house price growth has outpaced income growth by almost 20 percent since 2015.
