Zebrafish Embryonic Heads Single-cell Sequencing

Processed single cell RNA-sequencing data for 2 samples: Cells from the cranial region of approximately 50 zebrafish embryos each at time points 24 hours post-fertilization (hpf) and 28 hpf. Sequencing was done with 10X Genomics Chromium.

Data are organized into 2 corresponding folders. Each folder contains HDF5 format (.h5) files with barcode matrices for the raw features (raw_feature_bc_matrix.h5) and filtered features (filtered_feature_bc_matrix.h5). Another H5 file (molecule_info.h5) contains per-molecule information for all molecules that contain a valid barcode, a valid UMI, and were assigned with high confidence to a gene or Feature Barcode. An Excel spreadsheet and HTML file summarize all the metrics for that particular sequencing dataset. A .cloupe file can be imported into the 10X genomics Loupe R package to analyze the Seurat Objects for data visualization and exploration.
