Mice were euthanized at various time points during chronic allergen sensitization and challenge. Lungs and spleens were removed, enzymatically digested, and the expression of the various markers determined by flow cytometry. The median fluoresence intensity (MedFI) of CD40, etc. by CD19+ cells from naive, ip/sc sensitized (d13), single intranasal challenge (d15), and chronically challenged (d37) mice are shown.
