The Suburban Residential Vacant Lot Inventory is the primary database driving the residential vacant land inventory application. Developed by the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission on behalf of the Cuyahoga County Department of Housing and Community Development, this dataset uses parcel-based geometry derived from the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Parcel Fabric database to identify vacant residential lots in suburban communities and provide information to help evaluate potential opportunities for future residential development.
